The best I can tell you is that we will be going through the first set of locks - the Gatun Locks from the Caribbean Sea into the Gatun Lake - sometime between 8:00 and 9:30 am EST tomorrow. After that, we hang around in the Gatun Lake until it's our turn through the Pedro Miguel Locks, and finally through the Miraflores Locks into the Pacific Ocean. It'll pretty well take most of the day.
You can Google the various Panama Canal webcams and, hopefully, see our ship, the Island Princess, on her way through. We are right at the back of the ship, near the top. Allison and the kids have made us a banner to hang from the balcony. It is spectacular! We tested it tonight and it's a perfect fit. Check it out ....
